This is the best kayak rental place in all of Miami & Miami Beach! Their customer service goes above and beyond. They supply everything you would possibly ever need for a joyful kayak ride - water proof phone pouches, large waterproof floating bag to put belongings in, a cooler with too cold waters, and even a waterproof bluetooth speaker! Such a great deal for a 2 hour rental! The equipment was new, clean, and very sturdy, handling every wake we encountered with ease. These were the sweetest brothers ever, such a great family business! They suggested really cool spots to check out nearby, including Flagler Monument Island and the Venetian Islands. We're definitely coming back here and recommending to friends.

I found this company through Groupon and never had been kayaking before, so I took a chance to see if it was for me. So much fun, breathtaking views of the Miami skyline and the bay was easy to navigate. Rick guided my brother and I through how it would all work and even offered to come and guide us if we would like, but we opted to go on our own. I had a great time, the only thing I think I would have done differently is going into a single kayak as opposed to with someone. That way you can both move at your own pace. Overall great experience and a good company, if you're thinking of doing any kayaking or paddle boarding, I'd call them first!

Amazing customer service! Daniel was the best! The experience was perfect from the calm paddle down the canals to pushing through currents to Monument Island. Such a fantastic time! Daniel and his coworkers even got us a slice of cake to celebrate my sister's engagement! So sweet!!! Highly recommended!

Lucas and his bother Daniel organized our kayak tour and it was BEYOND AMAZING! We had to cancel due to bad weather but they made sure to always communicate and make sure it was safe and rescheduled us for another sunset tour ! They are very helpful and careful when we are on the waters. I felt safe and had an amazing time ! If I could give 10 stars I would ! My family and will book another tour as soon as we get back to Miami.

Rick and Daniel run an amazing paddle board / kayaking service. They included so many added perks like pictures, water, waterproof bags and waterphone cases which was a pleasant surprise. They also did a great job teaching inexperienced paddlers what to do. I did the sunset tour and was brought to Monument Island and then around the bay and canals. The views were beautiful and this tour was one of my favorite parts of my trip to South Beach. I will be recommending Biscayne Bay Paddleboards as my go to activity for when anyone I know is in South Beach.

they were really great! Rick and his team gave us wonderful instructions and made sure to fill us in on everything we needed to do while out in the water. He was caring and even gave us extra water bottles on the way out because we were so tired from all the fun. Will definitely be a returning customer next time we want to go back out there!
